Everything on this line comes in through the same gaps every autumn and leaves on its own. If you are already on a quarterly plan we handle them on the visit you have booked. If you are not, an exterior barrier treatment in September is worth more than anything we can spray in November.

We inspect the whole structure, map where the soil line meets the foundation, treat it, and then come back once a year and put in writing that it is still clear. Mortgage lenders and buyers want that letter, and it is the reason to have a company that will still be here in five years.
If you have found soft wood, mud tubes on a foundation wall, or a swarm of winged insects indoors in the spring, that is a termite call, not an ant call, and it belongs on the first line of this page.
